Papermill executed an integrated campaign for Schnitz over a three month period, including B2B and B2C PR, influencer marketing and event management. The campaign generated strong awareness, engagement and excitement for the Schnitz brand in Australia.
From launching limited time only menu items, to engaging well-known Melbourne influencers such as Venue Bible and hosting an exclusive in-store event take over –the campaign promoted and built love for Schnitz.

What we achieved
• 26 influencers engaged to promote Schnitz throughout the campaign. Including new limited time only menu items, as well as Schnitz Fest. The influencer marketing program generated over 80 pieces of content and a reach of over 870,000.
• PR results exceeded a 1.1m reach, with 18 pieces of coverage appearing across the three-month campaign. Papermill gifting the 10 News First team a Schnitz delivery, resulted in immediate coverage on the TV presenter’s personal Instagram. The relationship building exercise resulted in an interview opportunity with 10News+.
• Papermill executed an Influencer & member event to celebrate Schnitz Fest at the Schnitz Como store in Melbourne. Hosted by Fox FM’s Josiah Shala,the event also featured a schnitzel cook along with Brendan Fevola.
