Papermill was engaged by Wel.Co to create a new-to-market brand for its 800+ lot residential masterplanning community offering in Ballan, the first of its kind. Driving a full brand discovery workshop including the initial research, naming, positioning and creation of a the brand identity – Arndell, our remit included creative direction, management and production of all marketing touchpoints across online, print, brand film and CRM templates. Working collaboratively with Wel.Co from the outset, Papermill were able to create a multistage roll-out for both EOI and launches in a competitive regional market and proud to see the project primed for a successful launch in 2026.
