An expert communicator with a passion for creatively-led campaigns and over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Ashleigh is very much involved in the day-to-day management of the business and is a key client contact for strategic campaigns.

With a career in the communications industry spanning over seventeen years, Sarah has built strong client and media networks in the consumer, retail and lifestyle space. She has led strategic PR, marketing, event, influencer & digital campaigns for a long list of global & national brands. Sarah has proven experience as a leader and brings with her a wealth of agency knowledge.
Her expertise includes developing and executing creative solutions to client briefs that resonate with key audiences and drive strong results. Sarah focuses on further strengthening Papermill’s consumer arm of the business, whilst her multifaceted background and extensive knowledge of the media and communications landscape allows her to mentor, develop and train the team.

With over a decade experience in the social media and digital space, Nate is a creative marketer who brings brand narratives to life through considered content strategies.
Commencing as a social media manager at Papermill, Nate now oversees Papermill’s business strategy and day to day operations working across a suite of service offers to underpin our clients key business objectives and unlock strategic solutions that bolster their brand presence.
With a wealth of experience having worked both in-house and agency side, Nate’s intrinsic knowledge of the industry is evident in his diverse portfolio of clients having lead and worked across a suite of national brands including Chadstone: The Fashion Capital, Accor, Charter Hall, Elenberg Fraser and Telstra to name a few.
