ISPT engaged Papermill to create an unforgettable launch event for its newly transformed commercial and retail hub, 477 Pitt Street. Positioned at the gateway to Sydney’s Tech Central precinct and with a firm respect to the site’s aboriginal roots, Papermill conceptualised and executed a launch event that perfectly embodied 477’s past and future.
Papermill took guests on an immersive experience that embodied the building’s core values and celebrated the next frontier of workplace innovation and connection.
What we did
• Concept creation, refinement and final event proposal development
• Strategic consultation and recommendations alongside GPT core values and objectives
• Planning, scheduling and logistics and stakeholder management
• Budget and costing management
• Supplier sourcing, liaison, coordination and management
• Coordination of all relevant event documentation including but not limited to partner insurances, site maps, run sheets, health and safety documentation
• End to end event project management and event execution
What we achieved
• Showcased key areas of the newly redeveloped 477 Pitt Street by seamlessly transitioning guests through two key event spaces
• Created an immersive experience through sight, taste and sound across the evening with over 150 guests
• Achieved a zero waste approach utilising strategic event partners and sustainable styling
• The event saw overwhelming attendance of RSVP’d invitees and an array of positive feedback from key ISPT representatives and guests
