Papermill was engaged by Charter Hall to develop a digital-first communications strategy for its newest flagship office precinct, 555 Collins St.

The multi-phased strategy across Instagram, Facebook, website and internal workplace experience app, Charli, created a roadmap for communications across all audiences including tenants, stakeholders and the wider public for the multi-use space comprised of office and retail.

Papermill was also appointed to implement the social media strategy for 12 months with a focus on content creation, photography and organic social media management.

• 405 new followers on Instagram

• An engagement rate of 5.77 percent, making it the leader for engagement rate on Instagram in the Melbourne office space

• Over 300 images captured for marketing purposes
