Papermill was engaged by Hu Tong Group to support traffic and drive visitation to its stable of 8 restaurants including The Crux and Co, Hu Tong Dumpling Bar and Lights In the Attic. Our integrated approach saw us manage the PR, marketing, social media, event and influencer strategy for each of these restaurants for three years, utilising the unique menu offering of each venue to create storytelling narratives that spoke to the evolving Hu Tong Group
